We Build On
We Migrate From
From custom Liquid themes and Shopify Plus to app development, headless commerce, integrations, performance optimization, and multi-store architecture, we build Shopify solutions around specific business requirements.
Standard keyword search fails the moment a buyer types what they mean rather than an exact product name. Shopify’s semantic search understands intent and surfaces relevant products even when the query does not match a title. We configure semantic search, AI recommendation widgets on collection and cart pages, and the merchandising rules that boost high-converting products and suppress poor performers. For jewelry and fashion stores with large catalogs, this directly determines whether a customer finds what they came for.
A collection page with 500 products is unusable without the right filters. The filtering capability a Shopify store can offer is determined entirely by how the product catalog was structured. We design the metafield schema that makes faceted filtering possible, build the filter attributes that buyers in each category actually use, metal, stone, price range, and style for jewelry; size, color, and material for fashion, and structure the navigation hierarchy that gets a customer to the right product in a few clicks rather than a long scroll.
Some purchases require configuration before they can happen. An engagement ring buyer needs to choose a diamond, a setting, and a metal. A furniture buyer needs dimensions, fabric, and finish. We build Ring Builders for custom jewelry selection, guided product finders that walk buyers through qualifying questions and surface the best match, and configure-to-order flows for any product where the buyer’s choices determine what they are actually buying. These tools reduce the back-and-forth that costs conversions on high-consideration purchases.
Subscription commerce changes the unit economics of a DTC business: acquisition cost is paid once and revenue compounds on every renewal. We configure Shopify Subscriptions or Recharge with the pricing tiers, delivery frequency options, trial periods, and subscribe-and-save discounts the product model requires. Pause and cancel flows are built to reduce churn rather than obstruct it. Failed payment dunning sequences recover subscriptions that would otherwise lapse silently without any intervention from the merchant.
A one-second improvement in load time increases conversion by two to three percent on a typical Shopify store. Most performance problems come from two places: Liquid theme code that blocks the browser from rendering the page, and installed apps that load JavaScript on every page whether that page uses the app or not. We audit the theme for render-blocking patterns, identify and remove the app overhead that accumulates without review, and configure image delivery and lazy loading for the Core Web Vitals scores that both Google ranking and buyer trust require.
Most Shopify stores do not have a traffic problem. They have a conversion problem. Visitors browse and leave without buying. We audit the full funnel from collection page to checkout completion, identifying exactly where customers drop off and what is causing it. Product image quality, pricing clarity, payment method prominence, cart drawer design, and checkout field count are each evaluated against session data. Every change is A/B tested against real traffic before it is made permanent, so improvements are confirmed by evidence rather than assumption.
The biggest barrier to online jewelry and fashion purchase is not price, it is not being able to see how the product looks in real life. Our Vizora app places rings, pendants, and accessories on the customer’s hand or wrist through their phone camera before they add to cart. Jewelith delivers real-time 3D rotation and close-up detail viewing. Both are live on the Shopify App Store. For stores not ready for AR, video-first product pages and 360-degree views significantly close the confidence gap at lower cost.
When no App Store solution handles the specific requirement, we build it. Custom private apps using the Admin and Storefront APIs handle wholesale pricing rules, proprietary bundling logic, ERP-specific data requirements, and loyalty calculations that existing apps cannot accommodate. Shopify Functions run custom checkout and discount logic within Shopify’s own infrastructure without a separate server. Our Ring Sizer, Ring Builder, Diamond Filter, Jewelith, and Vizora apps are all live on the Shopify App Store and actively maintained.
A Shopify store isolated from the business’s ERP and warehouse creates manual reconciliation that grows with every order. We connect Shopify to the systems the business runs on: inventory and order sync with NetSuite, SAGE, or custom ERP, product catalog to Google Shopping, Meta, and TikTok Shop, and order routing to fulfillment providers. For jewelry retailers, Nivoda, VDB, and RapNet diamond supplier API integrations sync live virtual inventory to the store. Integrations are event-driven so data reflects reality rather than a scheduled batch timestamp.
AI shopping assistants, ChatGPT Shopping, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, recommend products through conversation. What gets recommended depends entirely on product data quality. Stores with vague titles, missing specifications, and thin descriptions are invisible in these channels regardless of product quality. We audit and rebuild the product data architecture: structured metafields with complete specifications, descriptive content that answers the questions a buyer asks through a shopping assistant, and Shopify Catalog API configuration so products are discoverable inside AI commerce experiences.
Platform migrations fail in two predictable ways: data is lost or corrupted in the transfer, or organic search rankings drop because URL redirects were not in place before the domain switched. We manage Shopify migrations from Magento 2, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Wix with data validation at every stage before anything touches the live store. Product catalog, customer records, order history, and metafield data are transferred and verified. The redirect map goes live before the domain switches so Google finds the correct Shopify URL from the first post-migration crawl.
A merchant approaching or exceeding a million dollars in annual revenue on standard Shopify eventually needs capabilities, custom checkout logic, wholesale channels, enterprise automation, that standard plans were never built to provide. We configure Shopify Plus with Shopify Functions for custom checkout and discount logic, B2B wholesale channels with company accounts and net payment terms, Shopify Flow for store automation, and Shopify Markets Pro for advanced international selling, matching the platform tier to the commercial complexity the business has actually reached.
Launching a store with only default payment options and no region-specific buy-now-pay-later methods leaves conversion on the table in every market where local payment preferences differ from the merchant’s home market. We configure Shop Pay and the correct regional BNPL methods for each market, Afterpay for Australia and the UK, Klarna for Europe, Tabby for the UAE, alongside Shopify Markets Pro for currency and duty handling, matching the payment stack to where customers actually are rather than a single default configuration.
A Shopify store left unmaintained accumulates outdated apps, theme code that conflicts with new Shopify features, and performance drift that makes the next enhancement more expensive than it needed to be. We provide ongoing Shopify support and maintenance, including a dedicated developer through our Enterprise Partnership model, keeping apps, theme code, and integrations current between major projects rather than letting the store accumulate the kind of technical debt that eventually forces an unplanned rebuild.
