The Ring Builder handles custom diamond import, real-time inventory synchronization, and catalog management across all feeds, ensuring every diamond and gemstone visible on the website reflects current availability and accurate pricing without requiring manual updates from the Dimend SCAASI team each time a supplier adjusts their inventory.
Keyideas implemented the Keyideas E-Commerce Options suite, delivering advanced WooCommerce features including custom pricing logic, sales notifications, customer role management, and store-specific settings that give Dimend SCAASI precise control over how different buyer types interact with the catalog. The Keyideas Wishlist plugin was configured to allow customers to save favorite products across sessions, supporting the longer consideration cycles high-value jewelry purchases require. Klaviyo email marketing automation and Google Merchant Center product feeds were integrated to support ongoing marketing campaigns and product visibility across paid and organic channels.
Keyideas integrated the Keyideas Timenox platform to add a pre-owned luxury watch selling capability to the Dimend SCAASI website, expanding the store’s product offering beyond fine jewelry and into the luxury watch market. The watch inventory was synchronized with Chrono24, enabling automated product updates and expanded marketplace reach so that watches listed on the Dimend SCAASI website remain consistently current and visible to buyers on one of the world’s largest pre-owned watch trading platforms, at the same time as their appearance on the retailer’s dedicated storefront.
AI search visibility was addressed through the AI Booster plugin and the GEO Optimizer, which optimize the site for AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews so Dimend SCAASI appears in AI-generated jewelry recommendations. SEO Pilot was deployed for AI-powered metadata generation and content optimization. Growify was integrated as the marketing attribution and analytics platform, connecting customer journeys, conversion events, and campaign performance into a single attribution dashboard for the Dimend SCAASI marketing team to evaluate channel effectiveness and allocate spend.
