Full Stack Developer Trainee

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals.
• Understanding of HTTP methods, JSON, REST architecture, and CRUD operations.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, schemas, and data relationships.
• Ability to write effective AI prompts and independently explain generated code.
• Excellent spoken and written English for technical and client communication.
• Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and independent learning ability.
• Academic projects, internships, hackathons,leetcode or GitHub repositories demonstrating coding proficiency.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Develop web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and databases.
• Use ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding.
• Validate generated code for bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
• Manage Git/GitHub repositories, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Debug application errors and implement code review feedback.
• Communicate technical concepts fluently in English during discussions and presentations.
• Contribute to full-stack projects using modern development frameworks.

What You’ll Do:

• Work on live e-commerce and web apps (80,000+ products)
• Learn and use modern development tools
• Collaborate with experienced mentors and work on international projects
• Code, debug, and deliver features to real clients

Work Setup:

This is a fully remote (work-from-home) role with office timings from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, tracked via Desktime.

You’ll need to use your own laptop, have a reliable broadband connection, and ensure power backup.

Flexibility to work with any tech stack as per project requirements is expected.

Eligibility:

B.E/B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE) – 2026 and beyond pass out only.

75% or higher in Class 10th and 12th
