
The most important aspect of an Imaging & Output (print, copy, fax) assesment is the Total Cost of Ownership calculation and analysis. That’s what this application focus on  – no fluff.  The TCO tool has been designed, created and developed by our Dotnet Developers for people who would conduct real-world Managed Print Services (MPS) Assessments.

The user logs onto our website and selects “purchase†to purchase a license to use the TCO Tool. After inputting the required purchase information (name, address, credit card information, etc.), the user will be asked to create a user name and password. The password: at least 7 characters long, must contain one upper and lower case letter, must contain a number. Once the user name and password have been created and typed in, the user will be presented with the home page of the tool.
Upon first use, the user must create a user-name and password. This user name and password must be used to gain access to the TCO Tool.
For the web-based version of the tool, the user will have to authenticate by providing a valid user name and password to log-in to the tool.
After installing the software, users will be asked to input a code (e.g. registration key) to un-lock the tool and grant them with access. Once the registration code has been typed in, the user will be presented with the home page of the tool. After this initial registration, the user will access the tool simply by launching the application.
